The Glow VIP Facial Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) facial sessions and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
Membership services are valid exclusively for Hydrafacial or Glo2Facial treatments, selected at each visit. Membership pricing, services, and benefits apply only to the enrolled member and hold no cash value.
Complimentary Hydrafacial Lip or Eye Perks are earned with each completed membership treatment and may be redeemed during any Hydrafacial or Glo2Facial session. Earned perks are valid for a total of six (6) months from the membership start date, consisting of a three (3) month membership term plus an additional three (3) month grace period. Any unused services or perks will expire after six (6) months.
Membership benefits may not be paused, extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit. Skincare discounts apply to retail products only and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
All appointments are subject to availability and studio scheduling policies. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of services or perks in accordance with studio policy.
