Gbyskincare Policies

At Gbyskincare in Florida, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality skincare and aesthetic services. Because our treatments are elective and personalized, we uphold a strict no-refund policy on all purchases and deposits.

Payments made toward consultations, treatments, packages, and deposits are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Injectable treatments (such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers)
• Skincare and laser services
• Prepaid treatment packages or promotional bundles
• Booking and reservation deposits

Once a service has been purchased, scheduled, or performed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of client satisfaction or change of decision.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Gbyskincare, every appointment is reserved just for you. To respect our team and other clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Consultations and Non-Surgical Appointments

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged a $150 fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

We understand that unexpected emergencies may arise and will review these situations individually. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited booking privileges.
